How Can I Eliminate Temporary Files I Don't Need and that Only Clutter

I ran the System Specs .exe, so I hope they're appearing.

I hear lots of opinions about the piling up of temp files the more a system is used. Some say they can be deleted, some say they can't, some say only certain ones are safe to delete.

Looking for a definitive answer here...and help with how to delete them to rid my system of clutter.

Thanks.

Download and run Ccleaner, it does a great job of keeping temp files cleaned out.
