cpu running 100% after boot to win 7,possible cause?

When my notebook boots up Windows 7,it runs damn slow. When I run task manager I see that CPu runs at 100% constantly.I scanned it,and I didn't find single virus.
I want to solve this problem, and find possible service that causes this,or any other suggestions, are appreciated very much.
I see that the service svchost.exe is taking like 60%.Thank you

What is the listed location for the svchost.exe? It should be C:\Windows\System32 anywhereelse is likely an infection.

You can see what services are running under that svchost.exe

Task Manager - Show Services Running under svchost.exe

Can you post a screenshot of task manager when the problem is occuring? A Guy
