Computer lagging when watching Youtube clips or listening to iTunes

This problem appeared a week ago, but it sort of solved itself after a few hours last time this happened. Now I've had it for two days and I really don't know what to do. I've run the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware which found two threats which I fixed but the problem seems to still be there.

Basically, whenever I try to watch a Youtube clip or listen to my iTunes songs the computer starts lagging really badly. The music goes incredibly slowly and stops at times and my whole laptop freezes. I'm terrible with computers and know nothing about what the problem might be, but someone told me to post a Speccy so here it is.

Any help at all would be highly appreciated!

Work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 especially to establish a Clean Boot, scan logs for repeat errors, utilize System Resources, test your RAM and HD, etc.

If this is factory preinstalled Windows 7 it's a corrupt install to begin with so Clean Up Factory Bloatware
or consider a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is better than getting a new PC.
