    Drivers causing windows to resume slowly

    My system is showing some device names which are making windows slow. Please help how to solve the issue. Attaching the file of the display.

hey guys. is this just internet explorer starting as soon as i turn on the computer? If so, i need to delay it til i decide to go to the internet. How? i went to windows defender and i can't get it figured out. i don't see the option. Also i am getting error 101 boot performance monitoring....
