I have Windows defender,But never find Malware..
avast,Never find virus...

What is the problem? What is wrong with the performance within the Task Manager?

Your link doesn't work. Why not use the Forum attachment facility to upload sceenhots? So much easier and quicker! Incidently have you only a matter of hours ago re installed Windows and you already have a problem?

I'm Not re-install windows ' Mitchell..
I just copy windows 7 installation to dvd..
insert to CD-rom and then I go to startup repair,and then all back normal..
because In bootManager case,I disabled All startup repair
so I don't need to re-install,just with startup repair....

It is odd, the graphs show all four CPUs spiking, but the total avg only shows 38%.

Is this a case for Procmon? I'm not familiar enough to set it up and walk someone through it - I can muddle settings on my own machine.

- if you click Run, it will install and run.

Wait for someone to help - this is a great tool to figure out what process is chewing up memroy or CPU - it should be tuned a bit and you'll need to understand what the output is telling you. The utility, by itself, doesn't fix anything - it only helps you isolate "rogue" processes.

Wish I could help, but I've only used it a few times and there's be too much guessing.
Better to have someone knowledgeable sterr you in the right direction.
