Have you tried running sfc/scannow in safe mode? Restart your NB and immediately tap f8 to enter safe mode run cmd as systems admin.

Have you tried to get a recovery disk or a system repair disk? Cause you can go to cmd then try it.

If I go and run the command sfc /scanfile=c:\Windows\System32\winload.exe which means it scans winload.exe it says "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation". So it must be that this file -> c:\Windows\System32\winload.exe must have something wrong with it. Please help as I really need this command to work. Question: If I DO use the recovery disk will it have the file c:\Windows\System32\winload.exe so it can replace it?

SFC -SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot

I would run it from DVD System Recovery Options
    or System Repair Disk

If it fails to run again when certain you're typing Commands precisely, then run a Repair Install
