Change of BIOS setting for RAM freezes games

Recently reset my BIOS setting for RAM to 1600mhz instead of the standard 1333Mhz to be more in line with my RAM. Running M4A87TD EVO Mobo, and 4GBx4 DDR3 Xms3 Corsair Vengence. Kept trying to play counter strike GO, and ketp getting random freezes. all temps checked out good, But once I reset the BIOS back to 1333Mhz, have not gotten any freezes. Any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix the problem so I can go back to my 1600 Mhz without freezing the games?

    Hi
The RAM timings need to be set correctly in the BIOS.
Download CPUID CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting and post the memory and SPD TABS so we figure out those settings. Make sure you get the 64 bit version.

RAM timings were set proper in the setting for BIOS. 9-9-9-24
But here is two clicks of a shade gray as requested.

Try changing the bank cycle time (tRC) to 41 as that is the default for 1600. you should be good to go then

It will be in your memory timings where you changed the other timings. Look for DRAM Row Cycle Time. At the moment you have it set at 34 just change it to 41

Edit: Go into your bios and look for the tab AI TWEAKER,
Next look down the list for Dram Timing configuration. Enter and look about half way down the list for DRAM ROW CYCLE TIME and change it from 34 to 41,
    save change's and exit

Even easier, boot into the BIOS, reset the CMOS to its defaults and then Exit, saving changes. Reboot into the BIOS. Now, with reference to your motherboard manual (Chapter 2.5 Ai Tweaker menu), make the following changes. Do not change any other settings.

    1) Ai Overclock Tuner > set to D.O.C.P
    2) DRAM O.C. Profile > set to DDR3-1600MHz

Exit, saving changes. Reboot into the BIOS and check to see that the memory is correctly reporting the selected speed. Now reboot into Windows and post back with an image showing the Memory tab of CPU-Z.
