Windows 7: Factory Restore on a hewlett packard

Hey

just a question for you as am baffled at the moment.
i brought a hewlett packard MS215UK and would like to factory restore as the person i got it off has left a load of pointless stuff on here i would never use never the less when i press F11 it don't say nothing about it just restore points which i don't want am running windows 7 home premium 64bit any ideas how i can do this place as am new to all windows 7 much appreciated

Easy - do it in 3 steps:

1. Download the ISO of the version of Windows for this PC,
2. Perform a clean installation,
3. Activate it using the product key on the COA sticker on the PC.

Information

We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.
