I have a Windows 7 Netbook. Don't know the edition, model number is: HP Mini 110
Think It's Home Premium; not sure.
But it's taking 10 minutes to start-up.
I've had it for a week, don't know what to do.
Any help?

Not speed so much, but I am limited, for being 12. And my time starts when I touch it, so that's 10 mins gone.
I know.
But is there any other methods? To slow it? Don't fancy taking it back, AGAIN, this would be my 2nd.
Have you tried disableling startup programs in MSConfig?
1. Type 'msconfig' in the search bar and press enter.
2. Click 'Startup'.
3. Uncheck any unused startup programs (like: adobe acrobat).
4. Click OK.
5. Click 'Restart now'.
The programs you have unchecked won't be loaded on boot, do not uncheck vital programs like OS and mouse controller. If you don't know what program it is, don't uncheck it.
HP has the worst load of preinstalled sponsored bloatware and useless duplicate utilities of any brand.
This literally smothers and chokes the OS from it's native instantaneous state.
Work through these steps to Clean Up Factory Bloatware.
If they don't make it lightning fast in every way, back up your files and reboot into HP System Recovery
to run a Minimal Recovery which is the closest you can get to a clean reinstall.
If you want to go all the way to get just the OS with no HP crapware then read over these steps for Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Be sure to leave your HP Recovery partition and make the backup disks in case you decide to restore or return it after all.
