SFC can't restore rasman.dll, how do I do that manually?

Hello people who read this,

My computer is experiencing problems for a very long time now and I have tried a lot of things to restore these problems.
After I did sfc /scannow in the elevated command prompt, it said it could not restore all files. And after I finally found out how to read this problem, I saw it was something I have been annoyed with earlier: rasman.dll.

How do I restore rasman.dll without retail disk? (the forum post said that I needed this disk).

My last method I used to restore this file was not very professional (even if it restored the problem I had), restore the file from a previous backup with copy/paste.
This problem I have might be even caused by this action.

SFC.log error:

Hello Brent,

The tutorial below can help show you how to extract the file from your Windows 7 installation media, and replace your current corrupted one with it.

The latest official installer is provided in Repair Install which might be needed if you can't extract the file using Brink's other tutorial in Step 2.

Both of the solutions are good, but as I said in my first post: I don't have a retail disk to do this and my OS was already installed when I bought my computer.

Is there a way to contact my manufacturer to ask for a retail disk?
Can I get this file from a previous backup? I got a backup from before the first problem with this file.

Do you have a friend with a 64-bit Windows 7 installation disc that you can borrow?

You could also copy the file from any other 64-bit Windows 7 computer, save it to your desktop, unblock it, then replace your corrupted copy with it.

Rasman.dll is a core component of the operating system and is used to open and execute the files that are required to run software and applications. It's possible that other core components of the OS have also been damaged or corrupted.

You can download a legal ISO for your installed version of Windows 7 from Digital River (an official Microsoft download site.) Save the ISO to your desktop and then burn the ISO to a blank DVD.

Now you have the means to do a repair install. You'll need the 25-digit Product Key from your computer to re-activate with Microsoft.

Did you even look at the post just above this one where I told you how to get the installer?

Is it a good idea to install Dell OS software on a Compaq/HP computer?

The ISO links there are for the official Microsoft Windows 7 retail version, and not Dell factory version. Dell just has these links listed.

I have noticed two bit versions in a download link: x64 and x84.
Which of the two is 32 bits and which one is 64 bits?
There isn't a Dutch version of one of them anyway, but when I might find something...

I also found two times rasman.dll in my C:/Windows
C:/Windows/System32/rasman.dll
C:/Windows/winsxs/x86_microsoft-windows-rasman_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_6c7ca03fb1481b45/rasman.dll
