This is the third problem thread I've seen in as many days about Wise crapware.
If you still have a restore point before you installed it on your PC I'd roll it back now.
If not, as suggested install Revo.
Next reinstall Wise apps exactly as you had them before, reboot.
Then use Revo to uninstall Wise and any leftovers in Advanced Mode.
How To Use Revo Uninstaller To Completely Uninstall Programs. This is only recommended for special cases.
