This is the third problem thread I've seen in as many days about Wise crapware.
If you still have a restore point before you installed it on your PC I'd roll it back now.
If not, as suggested install Revo.
Next reinstall Wise apps exactly as you had them before, reboot.
Then use Revo to uninstall Wise and any leftovers in Advanced Mode. How To Use Revo Uninstaller To Completely Uninstall Programs
. This is only recommended for special cases.
Watch for System problems which often result from using any kind of optimizer with Windows 7. You really only need the tools and methods written in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
to assure a perfect install as long as you stick with them.
