Is there a Registry cleaner there is safe,what about Winferno Power Registry Cleaner for instance,And is Ccleaner safe if you use the default settings,what cleaners do YOU use(if any)to maintain the stability of windows 7,or to get a decent boot time;or what ever.

Is a registry cleaner necessary? On almost all of them I've used, it detects tens or hundreds of "problems" that need to be fixed, on freshly installed systems too. And after fixing them, if I run another scan, it finds even more! :confused:
