Windows 7: Explorer windows not loading after patch

Hey all, it's been a while

anyhow, I just patched explorerframe, explorer.exe, and shell.dlls and after reboot my explorer windows would open, but not load. Well I use the universal theme patcher and reverted back to system files to no avail. yes i rebooted. Am doing a sfcscannow to fix I hope.I checked windows folder and all files have been reverted.
I do notice that the fonts were changed and are not back to normal, wonder if this is the problem. Thanks for any help.

dont know how to change system font, nor do I know what the default font is.

sfc scannow worked - all is good now - sorry bout the thread.
