| | Is anything running when various sleep modes are launched Will Win 7 Pro run any type of programs/maintenance..etc...when I put the PC in sleep - stand by - or hibernation ? Mostly interested in sleep/standby Will operations like updates, system backup, or file backup run iatit's scheduled time if any of the subject modes/conditions are active ? Thanks...TRinAz |

| | Enable Wake Timers in Advanced Power Options under Sleep. Type Scheduler in Start Search box, study all Scheduled Tasks which have settings that allow waking to perform each. |
