According to your screenshot, a process called 2145.exe is using 96% of your CPU. A google seach for this executable indicates it's malware.

    2145.exe | mostly identified as a threat - Spywarelib.com

    2145.EXE, Prevx

You might want to start scanning your computer with some free tools to see if any malware shows up. Since no anti-malware product is 100% effective 100% of the time, the more scans you run that come back clean the better the chances your computer is not infected.

Windows Defender Offline (create bootable disk on a malware-free computer)

    Malwarebytes

    ESET Online Scanner

    SuperAntispyware

If all the scans come back clean you could then check for any damaged or corrupt system files. Run a system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two.) If problems are found, run the scan 3 times and reboot your computer after each scan.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Please post back the results of the malware scans and SFC scan.

It seems like your computer is having some malware problems. Some of the malware could be self-replicating. That means each time you try to get rid of the malware, bits and pieces are left behind. Those bits and pieces are able to create the malware.

The Windows Defender Offline might be your best chance to clean your computer. It goes to work before Windows 7 has a chance to start. But WDO has to be created on a computer that is clean. If you try to create it on an infected machine, the malware will prevent it from working correctly.

Windows Defender Offline is an anti-virus product and more. It could better be called a rescue disk because it is designed to remove malware before the operating system starts up. Once the OS starts, malware can hide and avoid most traditional scans. But if the scan starts before the operating system starts it's less likely for the malware to hide. If you prefer Norton, they also have a rescue disk called the Norton Bootable Recovery Tool (NBRT.)

Norton is certainly a good product. But as I said before, no product is 100% effective 100% of the time. So if there's any way for you to also scan with Malwarebytes and ESET, they could find things missed by Norton and SuperAntispyware. Let us know how Norton works.
