I just noticed in your system specs you say you're using XP 32-bit. Is this correct?

The malware could be preventing you from accessing the security tools. This is a common problem because the malware doesn't want to get removed and it blocks your attempts to download and run anti-malware products.

Can you access the Advanced Boot Options menu and boot your computer in Safe Mode with Networking? If yes, you may be able to connect to Norton and create the Bootable Recovery Tool or access Malwarebytes, ESET, etc. (Even with Windows XP you should still be able to access Advanced Boot Options menu by clicking the F8 key at startup.)

    Advanced Boot Options

An almost 100% guarantee of cleaning out the malware would be a clean install of the operating system and reinstalling all of your programs, apps, files, folders, music, etc. It's a long process (many hours if not days to get everything set up) but it might be the quickest way to go. This tutorial is for Windows 7 and has a legal way to get a Windows 7 installation disk if you need one. But it may be near impossible to find a legal ISO for XP.

According to SuperAntispyware, 1FB1.exe is a trojan.

    1FB1.EXE - Trojan.Agent/Gen-LocalFraud | SUPERAntiSpyware

Avira is a legitimate anti-virus company and well respected.

Avira Antivirus Software for home and for business

One of the problems with trojans is they can disguise themselves as a legitimate file, folder, company, etc and they can keep duplicating themselves every time you try to remove it. According to your screenshot, it appears that 1FB1 has disguised itself as an Avira product along with several other probably bogus Avira products.
