    this fixed my problem thanks you very much
    1. Check for infection by installing Malwarebytes, update, run a Full Scan - in Safe Mode with Networking if necessary.

    and the second problem... with lag sound
    should make a new thread?

    Update the sound drivers, from the Support Downloads webpage for your model PC or sound device.

    If current, uninstall the drive in Device Manager, then reinstall it by rebooting PC.

    If this fails and you have a Sound card, physically reinstall it checking the connections for debris and fit.

    Finally work through these other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 to find clues from the logs, System Resources, System Health Report, establish a Clean Boot, stress test RAM for 5-6 passes.

    how to check my bit? i got 32bit before repair now i got 64bit
