Hardware reserved memory issue (fixes after reboot)

    Hello,
I have this strange issue. When i turn on my pc at first it has half of the memory as "hardware reserved". And when i reboot my device, things go back to normal. It's been annoying for a while, because I have to boot my notebook for 2 times! Here are some screenshots attached which show the situation after the first boot, the second boot and some more information about my system. Thank you!

This is typical of the corruption that comes when WIn7 is preinstalled with a boatload of sponsored crapware and duplicate utilities that throttle Win7 native state. HP is the very worst for this.

Most tech enthusiasts prefer to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. The steps in the blue link show you how to get and keep a perfect install if you use only the tools and methods in the tutorial.

At the minimum I would Clean Up Factory Bloatware
