Do Optomizers like "Tune-Up" work in Win7 or not?
Myself, I have a liking for tuneup from my XP days. Although this could be about any of similar products. Now I have heard often enough that registry cleaners are frowned on. But what about optomizers that claim to fine tune / tweak Win 7 to maximize performance?
