    Try downloading and using Real Temp, it is usually spot on.

    Ok i will look at the temps again and give you an update.

    *EDIT*

    The Temps are +-5 at 40 Degrees.

    A cool 87 degrees here with a Core 2 Duo E6700 2.4 GHz using Thermaltake Ice Fusion.

    I have the 3770K as well and I cool it with the H80 and I upgraded the Corsair fans to Cougars. Mostly because the Corsairs were so loud.

    Idle/light use I'm 20-30c and I've never seen it get above mid 40's, but I've never really pushed it near its limit. I'm also OC'd to 4.2GHz.

    +1 for Real Temp. I use it to monitor the core temps of my CPU on the task bar.
