Every time I plug in my pc, internet browser windows start popping up.

For a few months now, every time I plug in my pc for charging, internet browsers start popping up repeatedly. It's unbearable. Whenever I try typing something, the page constantly refreshes itself so whatever I've typed gets erased. I've scanned using Bit defender, Avast, Microsoft Security Tool, Malwarebytes..you name it. Whenever it isn't charging it works as usual.... I've done a clean reinstall and nothing has solved it..any idea of what it could be or what I could do to solve this?

Get a perfect baseline Clean Reinstall testing for this issue after each batch of updates/drivers are installed, then after each individual program is installed. This should reveal which program is responsible, possibly from spyware add-ons slipping through during install if you aren't vigilant enough. However sticking with the steps, tools and methods should result in a perfect install for as long as you do so.

I'd also watch closely the browser add-ons to only allow those you know you need to open pages correctly, and run SuperAntiSpyware free scan regularly.
