Is this HP still running the factory preinstalled Win7 which for HP's has the worst load of crapware in the industry which corrupts and throttles Win7 from its native performance? Most tech enthusiasts will not run such an install but prefer to instead get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Under those circumstances this would be your best option.

In step 1 download Home Premium 32 bit and run the eicfg removal tool
to unlock all versions before burning to DVD or writing to flash stick using tool in step 2. Then choose your licensed version during install.

If you read the tutorial you will get the answer.

If you stick with its steps, tools and methods then you will get and keep a perfect install for as long as you do so.
