    How to disable schedule Chkdsk,accidentally clicked yes?





    I accidentally clicked on schedule chkdsk and I do not want to spend hours waiting so How would I disable it,

    what does this mean in "regedit": Autocheck autochk/r\??\c:autocheck autochk* and I want to change it so it can act they way before when I clicked on schedule chkdsk

Hi, anyone knows how to disable CHKDSK completely on startup? it's driving me nuts, trying to scan all of my drives, even the system reserved partition! I don't know why this is happening.
Here's my situation after running a memory test my PC restarted and then went to Chkdsk. After scanning in Stage 1, It scanned the index files if I can remember and then it showed that "something"explorer.dll is unindexed. Chkdsk tried to find the host but it didn't find it and it was deleted....
