    Yes i am also having this problem but sometimes it shuts down properly. I don't know what is cause for that two types of shutdown (taking different time). And if don't mind please clarify another doubt my colleague's system is getting off frequently. There is no problem in electrical outlet or anything physically. Please suggest me to help my colleague. I'll be grateful:)

    Work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 including the hardware tests, Clean Boot, check logs to resolve repeat errors, Generate a System Health report and utilize other System resources, etc.

    If the problem persists you might try the Clean Reinstall suggested but follow the steps closely to get a perfect baseline install.

    If all else fails you can always learn the cause by Gathering a Startup, Shutdown, Sleep, Hibernate, or Reboot Trace - Windows 7 Forums

Windows shutdown 2-3 times a day

For last two weeks, windows have been shutting down on its own. First i thought that it was some kind of Virus. MS team scanned and fixed up the system. However, the problem remains.I am not sure. The dump files of last 3-4 days are attached.
