You back up your Users folder, favorites, songs, etc. You make a bootable USB with the windows 7 iso image on it. I think you have the latest drivers downloaded, put them on something easily accessible. Secure Erase the SSD, and boot from the USB stick with the clean Windows 7 image on it. That takes about 12 minutes to be on the desktop. If you have made any changes in the BIOS, set to factory defaults beforehand....and make SURE SATA ports are set to AHCI. After that, it is a matter of installing drivers and updates. You can get the Windows 7 64-bit SP1 image various places, and making a bootable USB stick is simple.....as long as you have a 4GB+ USB drive.
