Off, I run my CPU 4.4GHz day-to-day and it scores a 7.6 while Pillain runs at 4.1GHz and get 7.8. Maybe due to HT? I only have an i5.

I run my 3570K @ 4.5GHz day to day and only get a 7.7. It's got to be hyperthreading.
