    Only one point is 7.8 if I really wanted everything 7.9 I could overclock my processor.
    But not worth it for the 0.1 point extra

    Actually, 7.8 is the processor max for Win 7. No amount of overclocking will increase it. The only way to increase it is to go to Win 8 () or Photoshop the results (somewhat less than kosher).

    Yes and no. Some of the speed increase is from Win 8 putting less load on the processor. The rest is M$ hype.

I am trying to setup a default user or machine setup for how win7 handles folder view options. I want show hidden folders to be set to on for all users and the hide extensions for know file types to be unchecked or turned off ffor all users (so extensions show) I have located them in the registry...
