Is there a WEI in 8.1. I was trying to find it in my new Asus Transformer but there was none. I thought to remember that the WEI in 8 went up to a 9 count.

WEI was dropped in 8.1.

Thanks LF. That's odd, it was in 8 if I remember right. Why would they do that. It was not worth a lot but was fun.
