Not bad at all for 4gb of ram :)

Is it my imagination or did your ram drop a lot

Mine has dropped from 7.9 to 7.8 as well, despite me upgrading from 8GB HyperX Genesis to 16GB HyperX Fury. I suppose it's down to the introduction of DDR4?

Were the new sticks rated for the same speed as the old ones? Not all of the HyperX Fury line runs at the same speed.

My ram dropped when I went from 4Gb to 8Gb, same timings, same brand, possible 8Gb better ram. Doesn't bother me, lol

Mine do, 1600MHz 9-9-9-27. Exactly the same as my old 8GB kit.

Thanks Steve and Bill. After New Year I'm looking to upgrade my RAM with 4 more GB, with the same module.
