Windows 7: High? Kernel Timer Latency

High? Kernel Timer Latency

Ever since I built a new PC it has always felt like I had very subtle mouse/click lag, after trying on and off for about a year to fix it I kinda gave up. But today I was determined to fix it! So I removed the Wi-Fi go module that came with my motherboard (P8Z77-V) which made quite a big difference, on the human benchmark I could never get faster than 280ms and after removing the module I can average 230ms! This is with aero on btw, I know that it's lower with aero off.

I've been looking at latencymon all day trying different things to lower it to see if it would make any difference, and comparing the 'kernel timer latency' to my laptop (100-200) and other screenshots on the web which also show between 100 and 200, I can't seem to get mine lower than 880. Is this good or bad? Does it effect anything?

Edit: Also does the hard pagefault seem high?

This is after 10 minutes of web browsing and 1 minute of streaming youtube:
