Performance Issues,i tried everything possible(Detailed post)

Hi there,I'm sorry for the general title,but I didn't find a way to put it any better.

I'm currently sitting on an Acer Aspire 5830TG with Windows 7 on it,the computer is 9 months old.I will list It's characteristics if needed,but the core is that it has plenty enough specs to NOT have the problems i will list.

I'm a gamer,and I'm currently playing Star Wars-The Old Republic,but in the last 9 months I've played Starcraft 2 and WOrld of Warcraft as well.And in all cases,the computer is having some incredible troubles not going ''laggy''.Sometimes it works smooth as a ken doll,but mostly it goes laggy.Also sometimes browsers lag me as well,and pretty much all the things I do are extremely under performance,considering this computer should be able to sustain the pressure i put him into,which is close to none.The games and programmes i use don't have insane graphic settings:I in fact tried them all,and they run the same,wether i use max performance or minimum.My video card is turned on performance and not quality.The core problem is that on 20% of the time it runs smooth,fast and effective,and suddently starts going bananas and laggs as crazy.It's like a moron hits a switch and pc starts going bad.Then again suddenly,it's perfect.And so on.

Now,here is all the things I've tried,before coming here as a last resort.I used IOBIT Advanced System Care to help me out with some executions.

-I've cleaned the hard disk from all unneded files(The pc has currently 70% of free space in his 750gb hard):
-Junk/Cloned/Empty files are close to non existant,i run a cleaning every few days
-No viruses/Malware are involved
-Constant scan/defrag both with the basic tools and ASC
-Regystries are clean
-I've tried all the RAM optimization things i could:my computer is not facing stuff it shouldn't be able to with his 6gb and NVIDIA GeForce GT540M video card.And yet,i had malfunctioning running WoW,a close to hexagonic MMO.The Pc in fact never uses more then 2gb of ram,and it has 6 available,with a 4gb turbocache.
-I have used ThrottleStop intensively,both to avoid overheating my system,since Acer is not an ace in cooling.I tried using 20x multipliers,up to full turbo performance,and the result is always the same.It's not a heating problem,considering it runs good/bad without any dependance with the temperature(Used RealTemp and CPUZ to monitor it)
-The computer is running without energy restrictions
-The computer has been cleaned with pressured air(vent and all the places i could reach)
-No system files problems have been found
-I tried partitioning the hard disk,and splitting installations over both of them.Result was non existant.
-No internet problems are involved
-The computer is up to date with all the normal patches windows throws at me

I can't figure out why I can't be in a skype call while playing a normal and regular game without having insane graphic spikes and gaming problems AND lags even writing on skype/audio problems.

I really need a DrHouse of computer diagnosys,because my laptop is currently healthy on EVERY SINGLE parameter i tried/EVERY SINGLE diagnostic program I've used.I asked friends who know 10 times what I do about computers,and yet,nobody has figured out a way to fix it.The only guess i can have is formatting the whole thing,but i don't have a windows cd to reinstall the operative system.And I hardly think that such a healthy PC can have such issues only because of not being formatted,considering it has 9 months of life.

Please,somebody give me the magic answer,I'm so fed up I can't even start to describe.

During the time I've been on this Forum, I've read many posts in which a majority of the experts say Windows 7 does not need any 3rd party "optimizers" like Advanced System Care and the registry should be left alone. Those two things can do more harm than good.

In fact, because of the many problems this Forum has tackled over the years related to 3rd party optimizers and plain old factory bloatware, one of the experts prepared this tutorial on how to clean reinstall a factory OEM Windows 7 computer. It includes a link to obtain a free, legal copy of the Windows 7 that was installed on your machine by the manufacturer. The link is to an ISO file which would need to be downloaded and saved to desktop. Then burn it to a blank DVD for a fully functional installation disk.

If you'd rather wait on doing a clean install you could check for damaged or corrupt system files by running a system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two.) If problems are found, run the scan 3 times and reboot the computer after each scan.

And you could also try running a repair install. It will attempt to fix your currently installed Windows 7 and preserve your user accounts, data, programs, system drivers, etc. The tutorial also links to a download site to create an installation disk in Step 4. A repair install should take about an hour and you'd have to reinstall Windows Updates (also an hour or more.)

A tech enthusiast shouldn't be running the bloated factory crapware install anyway. Do the Clean Reinstall, following the steps closely to get a perfect reinstall.
