To me the total memory used seems high for the number of processes running with the most memory used by a process < 100,000K.
    I'm just guessing here...

On a Win 7 32 Bit OS with 4GB RAM,
I have 50 processes running with Firefox at 180,000K memory.
    Total memory used is 30%

Could something be running and using a lot of memory that is not listed in Task Manager ?

I think I recently read about some malware that hid itself when Task Manager or Process Explorer is opened...

I don't use torrents, so I have no idea what normal usage is.
I would start scanning for malware, especially considering torrents are used...

I'm getting tired of this shit. Several minutes after restarting the computer, physical memory reaches 70%+ with only Microsoft services running.
