OK.

Both your dmp files are 0x124 bugchecks that point to hardware problems.

Code:
crash dump file: E:\~D1\020813-28922-01.dmp
uptime: 00:00:14
This was probably caused by the following module: ntkrnlmp.exe (nt!WheapCreateLiveTriageDump+0x6C)
Bugcheck code: 0x124 (0x0, 0xFFFFFA8005389038, 0x0, 0x0)
Error: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA).
This is likely to be caused by a hardware problem problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The first thing I think you should look at (based on the SFC problems) is the hard disks. From an elevated command prompt, run a chkdsk /R on each disk. When you try to run it on the C: you will be prompted whether you wish to schedule a chkdsk at next bootup - select YES, then reboot your PC - it will start a chkdsk. Make a note of any errors, and post back here with the results.

Can you also please follow these steps:

1. Download and save this tool to your desktop:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

2. Run the tool, and then click 'Copy' - ignore any errors if they appear

3. Use CTRL+V to paste the unedited results of the validation tool here in your next reply

What is that tool for?

I'm running chkdsk /r on the main HDD, and by the way, I'm done it before, but because is need to be done at boot, I'm not currently looking at the screen the whole time. I'm watching TV instead :P

What is the others HDD checks for? I could simply disconnect them right?

The tool checks that there aren't any activation issues that cause the sfc errors.

I dont think that's the case. CHKDSK still running at the moment...

EDIT

I have run chkdsk /r over C drive and it hasn't found any errors.

EDIT 2:

I've check the other disks as well an no errors found.
