Windows 7: Pagefile.sys 4095MB what can i do?

Hi, i discovered that my Pagefile is 4095MB.
what can i do with it? i know i can disable it with virtual memory but can you give me a safe metoid how to optimize it?
i have 4GB ram.

Hello Joshua,

I find it best to leave the page file to be managed by the system (Windows). Windows 7 does a great job of adjusting it as needed automatically.
