I am not able to view all the programs listed in the PC when viewing. Opening the 'Programs and features' menu ,not able to view all the programs, not able to uninstall a program that I don't want use.
My question is hot view all the programs?

I attached what is showing when opened "p&F" menu.

A little more info might help.

Is this your Personal PC, a Work PC, someone else's PC, ...?
Are you logged in with an Administrator account?
Did you install Windows and all the programs?

I recently installed McAffe software I think since then it is like that. will that cause this effect?

McAffe can cause any number of problems...
For active Anti-Virus protection, I use and recommend MS Security Essentials (MSE) OR Avast! free.

Can you restore your system to a restore point before installing McAffe?
Here is a tutorial by Brink explaining System Restore.
