SSH command prompt

Is there any way I can use ssh or something similar to enter command line prompts from my Mac terminal, similar to SSH but windows commands? (From mac to a windows 7 desktop)

There are many SSH server for windows. A quick Google will bring them up.

Those SSH servers send telnet for the most part. I want windows prompts.

Not that I have seen or used plus telnet server runs windows commands. I will post a link to one when I'm at my computer.

the ssh server i use is Bitvise SSH Server after you connect you will use windows commands just like you were sitting in front of the PC with a command prompt.
