    Create Custom Service

    Is it possible to make bittorrent run as a service? I installed the webui to my desktop I use as a server, but want it to run as a service in-case the main user ever gets logged off.

    One way would be to use a 3rd party application to run the app of interest as a service:
    <--InGuardians --> Defensive Intelligence <Main>
    (I've not used that program or others like it - so this is not an endorsement.)

    I understand that there are good uses for a bit torrent application, just be sure that you are not going to be getting one of these notices: What a 'Six Strikes' Copyright Notice Looks Like - Slashdot

    Not doing anything illegal. Just sharing media with my friends.

    And I read about that six strikes, but I feel like they honestly wouldn't do anything if you throw enough money at them, like our family does with max internet speed, tv, and phone.
