Never any solutions found for Problem Reports-Is it just me? Win 7 Home Premium - I am administrator and have error reporting enabled for all users, which is me!
I've had all my settings for errors and problem reporting completely enabled with all possible options enabled to report and receive solutions for errors. Once in a while I will get a message that there was an issue connecting to the error reporting site, but that's temporary and I'm usually able to connect and send "All Problems" withing 24 hours. I report problems both automatically and will manually resend all the reports to check for solutions. I have checked under Reliability Monitor and my reports ARE being sent. The only response I ever see is "No solutions found - solutions will be shown in action center if there is a solution found". Something like that.
But I never get a single solution. The only solutions I'll ever see are that I need to set up "Backup", which I do manually, and that I don't have Windows Update completely automatic. That's because I want to review any updates and decide if I want them or not, like Bing, or other extras I'm not interested in.
So is it just me, or does everyone seem to see the same pattern? If it is just me, is there a solution available? Ill include some snips of my settings. Thanks! | My System Specs |

You will not get a personal answer just for you. Well I never have or have I heard of anybody ever getting a answer. My understanding of the way the system works is that Microsoft is gathering error information to analyze. If enough system have the same problem they will look for a cause and solution. These are just my thoughts and beliefs. I have no web sites or documentation to verify my thoughts and beliefs.
I'm kind of like Microsoft on this subject; don't have much useful information. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Home made Desktop OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Well now you have, not often but I have had 3 solutions back since 7 was launched, okay I'd sorted them out anyway and it took a long time, like several weeks at least, the solutions were correct incidentally. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number DIY OS Windows 7 home premium x64 CPU AMD FX-4100 AM3+ 3.6GHz 12MB Black Edition Motherboard Asus M5A97 Pro Memory Crsair vengeance 12Gb DDR3 1600MHz CL9 Graphics Card Asus GTX 560 1GB Sound Card Realtek onboard Monitor(s) Displays Hanns G 1680x1050 native PSU OCZ StealthXstream II 500W Hard Drives OCZ 128Gb Petrol ssd

They'll only auto-respond with known fixes for a specific problem, otherwise it's being analyzed as telemetry.
I'd also be working through the other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 including other system resources and known best practices based on the thousands of users we've helped here.

i never use microsoft's "help" or support dialogue boxes, especially the ones that say they're "checking online for a solution". they're useless and a waste of time. you'll find more on google | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop OS Windows 7 Pro 64 bit CPU AMD Phenom ii 940 - 3.21 GHz Motherboard ASUS M3A79-T Deluxe Memory Kingston HyperX 4GB 1066 MHz Graphics Card 4870 1GB Sound Card N/A Monitor(s) Displays Viewsonix VX2240w Screen Resolution 1680 x 1050 Keyboard Das Keyboard Silent Professional Mouse Logitech G500 PSU Corsair AX850W Case Corsair 550D Cooling Scythe Mugen 2 rev.b Hard Drives Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 7200rpm Antivirus avast! Always send the problem to MS as it can and will return solutions in some cases which you will find queued on the Action center icon in System Tray, or more often it is sitting waiting for you to look at Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Performance Information and Tools\Advanced Tools, where you can also check Performance Log and Generate a System Health Report.
