windows 7 being really slow for no apperent reason

hi everyone so today my windows 7 installation has gotten really slow....i mean like SLOW!!! it takes like 2 min. for chrome to launch and even the task manger becomes unresponsive.

The cpu sits at like 20% usage and the ram is usually at 60% used......

This also happen recently just out of the blue...I know its not my hardware (except possibly the hard drive) because my Ubuntu install runs smooth as possible so i don't know whats up....

I ran a scan with kesperskey pure 2.0 and Malware bytes and both turned up clean so i have no idea why its so slow..

Have a look at the running processes and see what is using the most CPU...

Thank you for posting back with your finding. I'm sorry it turned out to be a bad stick of RAM.
