Wiindows 7 64 bit High CPU Usage and stuttering

    Yeah I dunno I have tried every thing and the harddrives are set to 5 6 and 2 .

    carwiz you have some good suggestion. I still trying to get
    everfader through some basics and find out the results.

    I noticed it is only when I play direct x11 games like bo2 and bf3 I get mad stuttering all the time but then I play dx9 games they play smoothly , I tried reinstalling direct x11 numerous of times is it due to my 8800gt2 512 not being fully supportive of dx11

    Sorry I tried turning off my anti virus and malware bytes but the same thing happens I am sorry but I have tried everything including changing the hard drive settings disabling index and even the windows media player network service

    I did notice that GFI anti malware and Malwarebytes Anti Malware are both running.

    This will help. Pay close attendsion to #7 & 8
