sysstem32.exe has stopped working,,,help urgent

i have recently installed windows 7 ultimate and installed all drivers too. but when i boot the pc then after the loading of desktop an error appears with many similar dialoag boxes sayin'' system32.exe has stopped working'' . so please help me what type of error is this? or is it a virus? i reinstalled many times but same error. so urgently help me freinds.

in fact it was a virus....i software called combofix helped and i found in its summary that system32 was deleted and now it is wornking...thanks to that forum ( i forgot now) which helped me to get out of this and thanks to sevenforums too
