Double click the dds icon to run the tool.
Place a check next to attact.txt and click Start . When done, DDS will open two logs

Save two logs onto your desktop and upload them with your reply

Very often the cause are restore points in the shadowstorage. Run this command in elevated command prompt and see how much space is currently allocated.

vssadmin list shadowstorage

You can also run WinDirStat for the files (not shadowstorage though).

I noticed that you are using a system optimizer. Remove that or system restore back to a time before you installed that. Next, run a full scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware: Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download
At the end of the installation, be sure to uncheck the checkbox that says "Enable Free Trial of Malwarebytes PRO."
Also, if you have UAC turned on, be sure to run Malwarebytes as administrator, so it can install definition and/or program updates.

Noticed you have Daemon Tool Pro that program causes a lot of issues including BSOD . Uninstall the program once you're done . Run the SPTD

Thank's.Followed u r instruction,it says 14.07gb(may be the hibernation file).
Actually i have 293gb on c drive in which i have 183gb free,so space is not concern,just worried it should not affect the disk transfer rate or slow up the system.

Having more stuffs in the OS drive slow up the system??

1. If you got the 14.07GB from the Vssadmin, then that is the space taken by restore points.

2. You can easily get rid of the hiberfile. Run this command: powercfg -h off

3. If you have a lot of stuff on any spinning (platter) disk, the inner tracks will take a bit longer to access. That's why most geeks use SSDs for their OS. There you don't have that problem and the random access time is on average 150 times faster than on a spinner.
