I'd give it extra time and see if an error does eventually show up, if none did.

....looked at the .dmp and iaStor.sys is the HDD controller driver for your system and here is a MS page with info on that BSOD code....

I tried booting in Safe Mode but it stopped loading on the this file:

Loaded:\windows\system32\drivers\classpnp.sys

After that it stayed there for 45 minutes.

Have you tried doing a Startup Repair? Start your computer and tap f8 repeatedly until you see the Advanced Boot Options Screen. Select the option titled "Repair Your Computer" and press enter. Be sure to log on as administrator if your normal user account isn't an administrator account. Once you are at the System Recovery Options screen, If Startup Repair doesn't find any issues, try running sfc /scannow and chkdsk from the System Recovery options. To do these, follow VistaKing's instuctions in this post: BSOD 0x0000008e ataport.sys after sleep mode

Ok, I tried startup repair and it seemed to complete it's cycle (it took about 8 hours). I ran a checkdisk on start up but it seemed to freeze (it was stuck repairing the same issue for 3 hours). I'm thinking my HDD might be shot...I can't uninstall my virtual machine with a BSOD, is there any way to manually uninstall it rather than relaying on the uninstaller program?

Try running Seatools on your hard drive:SeaTools | Seagate

Sorry for the delay...I had to find disc space to clean up just so I could launch my virtual drive. I am not getting any more BOSD's (thanks goodness). I ran the VHD compacting procedure (thanks for the link!) but checking my VHD, it still has 126 GB allocated to it. If in the settings tab I change the "virtual hard disk file" to none would that remove the VHD from my actual HDD space?

A random side note, but I tracked down a lot of data that wasn't registering via WinderStat in the folder C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows (60BG). I was able to use unlocker assistant to remove 12.5 GB and stopped the deletion process since the files are truly hidden (not even with "show hidden files" checked did these files show up) so I didn't want to risk crashing my system. Anyhow, I have a enough free space on my HDD to be operational, so any thoughts on the next best step would be much appreciate.

I am running Malwarebytes and Avira. My firewall is Comodo firewall. I was running avast, but that cause BOSD's so I removed it. I've tried running chkdsk but it freezes on me (last time I left it running for 48 hours and it was still on the same command line).

When chkdsk freezes, do you hear a clicking noise coming from the hard drive? Put your ear close to the hard drive and listen for that noise.
