Ok, il just remove all drivers and use driver fusion to wipe all traces too. Install the new properly and report back to see if anything happens.

    Thanks for your help!

Had to mark unsolved... I thought it had gone but its happening again...right now in fact

My keyboard has also messed up earlier like it did before. Volume just auto went to minimum and became unresponsive until i unplugged and put back in.

If the keyboard itself is faulty. Would that cause this to happen?

And the next question is if i unplug the keyboard fully while the service is going mad. IF the keyboard is the issue wouldnt the CPU usage just stop? Because it didnt.

Lets take a look at something .

    Please run the program below

    Click on Download Now button

Right-click the DDS icon choose Run as administrator to run the tool.

Place a check next to attact.txt and click Start . When done, DDS will open two logs
    DDS.txt
    Attach.txt

Save two logs onto your desktop and upload them with your reply
