Windows not loading properly on boot

Hello, I've been having this issue for a few weeks now, nearly every time I start my computer it fails to load Windows properly until one or two full reboots.
When I say not loading properly what I mean is:
    -Windows boots
    -Desktop shows
    -No startup programs launch
-Hovering the mouse over the taskbar results in the mouse cursor being the "windows loading"
After this, nothing changes and I have to force a reboot.
I've checked the event viewer and can't seem to locate any problematic processes on launch, but windows always loads properly on the 2nd or 3rd try, so I can't imagine it is a startup process?
I am using Windows 7 x64 on and SSD as my only windows install.
    Any help is much appreciated!

    Hi,

    Try this:

    1. Click Start
    2. In the search box, type cmd
    3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
    4. In the command window that opens, type sfc /scannow and hit enter.

Report the output from the command window once it finishes.

More detail: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Regards,
    Golden
