Do you want to change the color scheme to improve performance !!!

Hello
I cannot understand why I continue to get the annoying message " Do you want to change your color scheme to improve performance" in windows 7 when I quit a game such as Tomb Raider !!!
I have 16GB RAM plus 3GB Onboard VRAM on my GTX 580 GPU so this has got to be a Windows 7 bug.
Will Microsoft ever address this and rectify it as its a pain in the whatsit ?
Anything I can try ?
Thank everyone

Thank you Dude
I will untick troubleshooting for now , but surely Microsoft could address this in a patch couldn't they ?
It is clearly a bug as even telling it " don't show again " doesn't work.
Best regards
