    hammer8232,

Welcome to the forums, with your 32 bit OS, your are limited to 4gb of ram. Use task manager Processes tab to view what is causing the high usage.

If your system supports it you can go to 64 bit.

Use this to fill in your system specs

Do you have a brand name computer, or did you build it yourself? And are you using Vista like your specs say, or have you moved to windows 7?

Double check your purchased or provided operating system disc's, if they say 32 bit only or with luck you have two disks or it will say 32 bit and 64 bit. If the disc only supports 32 bit then you'll need to purchase a 64 bit version of windows.
