    Windows Experience Index Doesn't work


    For some reason, it's just wont show it on my PC
    here is a picture :

    Of course... like 4-5 times..
    Try a reboot of course and a solution that was given for the same problem at windows vista (add service privileges)

    BTW : In the System window(Control Panel\System and Security\System) it does show the rating, only when i go to the WEI link it wont show the details

    Erase the xml file that stores the data, then run the assessment again.. It will rebuild the XML file....

    You mean the files located on "c:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore" ?
    Already tried that.

    Deleted and Re-RUN

    the XML still doesn't show on Performance Information and Tools
    But if open the files on "WORD" i can see the ratings in that code.


    BTW : it's windows 7 upgraded from windows vista

    Thanks for helping,
    But i guess i screw another thing,
    The re-run key is diassperd and is not visible anymore. (after redeleting whole "c:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore" dir content and rebooting).
