    WinDirStat

    Uninstall Programs
    idont think that the system is crying for space
    see here how the C looks and how the program folder looks from a size perspective

    Using Disk Cleanup
    i did it and no useful thing

    OPTION 4
    Using CCleaner
    i also did it

    OPTION 5
    Delete C:\Windows.old Folder
    i dont have that folder

    Many times when a hard drive is that full many scans and cleaning programs won't work well. Windows 7 need a little working room to do things.
    In my opinion you need to remove things from the C drive or get a bigger drive.
    Yes your hard drive is crying for space. You have got a little over 1/2 of 1gb of free space out of 100gb drive.
