computer freezes at windows start up for unknown reason

Hello, my name is GGers i recently joined the forums after checking for answers on google when this forum came up in the search suggestions so i told myself why not try and post for help here?

ok, i have a major problem since the day i bought my desktopPC computer (around 6 or 7 months) i am curently using my laptop to post on this forum by the way and i have my desktop running in safe mode at my side.

my problem is my Desktop Pc encouters freezing every time i start the pc, it happens after 3 or 4 minutes,it does so randomly and it has been doing this for the last 6 or 7 months since i bought it, its a custom build i have entered the specs in the registration forum form but i will rewrite them here:

on a side note , my friend who built the Pc suggested me to run the memory test and to report back to see if it was the RAM doing the problem but apparently its not since it never showed any errors at the end of the test. unfortunately, he doesn't have time to help me out and I haven't reported back to him so now I'm trying to fix my pc on my own

Also, i noticed that some days it will freeze after the past 4-5 mins. delay and in other days it will not encounter any freeze. now that we are in summer i have some time to look more into it can someone help me please? and excuse my english i been living in the french province of Canada for quite some time without practicing any and my english has gone dull.

Thank you

GGers
